I have been in Schutzhund & a USA member for a few years now. I am the breeder, handler, owner, and trainer of ALF to a Schutzhund 3 and he was my most beloved GSD. I have also trained and titled other GSD's including Aron to a FH2. Additionally, I have shown dogs in our USA Conformation Shows. I am a member of the USA SchH 3 Club. I have also received the USA Bronze Sports Medal, USA Silver Sports Medal, and the USA Gold Sports Medal. After a 10 month layoff, I am currently now just getting back into training with Baron with whom I hope to train and title by this fall and to repeat an FH2 with Aron. I have held officer positions in clubs in our SW Region including being the treasurer, secretary, & then president in my first club, the Los Angeles SchH Club & treasurer at Sunland SchH Club. I was just re-elected to the position of SW Regional Breed Warden for another two years and I have held this position for the past six years. Before this I was the SW Regional Secretary for 4 years. I have also been a USA Tattooer for 10 years now.

I lived and worked in the art community in Canada for 14 years and exhibitied internationally as a media artist. I became a commercial sound designer in 1993. I moved to the US in may 1998. I've been involved with schutzhund since July 2004.
Jeff Hutchinson; I've personally trained my own dogs for the past three years at SWDA. I have successfully achieved a Bh with my male GSD Kaiser Kilo Von Haus Doose. I work full time in law enforcement and completely enjoy the time away from work training and learning in this sport. SWDA has made the training environment family friendly and accommodating. I have my sights on a SchH1 title with "Kilo" in January of 2008. "Lets Train"
Jeri Kennedy; Dogs: Mona Sue Rosenberg, GSD (2008 Schutzhund wanna-BH) and "Oski" - Asko von der Yugobox, ScHh2 and Henry v Kronen SchH 3
My husband, Phil and I became interested in Schutzhund in 1997 when we imported our first two SchH trained GSDs and had to learn to communicate with them - in German Dog Language! It's been an amazing journey. Mona is our first puppy and first attempt at training a dog "from scratch". Henry came to us through Howie Rodriguez at California K9 and with SWDA we are learning how to handle a serious SchH Dog.
Raul Moreno; SchH 3 Competitor, participated in 2004 and 2005 SW Regional Championship and the 2005 National Championship with his dog Xaran Schh 3, IPO 3, FH2. Raul is also a USA Classified "Club" Level Helper.
Paula Fairfield; New to schutzhund, Paula rescued her dog "Angel" from a shelter and has taken her to SchH 2 and entered in the 2007 SW Regional Championship.
Sarah Delude: Our youngest member. At 16 years old Sarah is a USA youth member and is currently handling and training her dog "Cinder" towards Schutzhund Titles. Our club is proud to have a dedicated trainer and club member in Sarah and know that "Cinder" and Sarah will make their titles in 2009 - 2010.
Greg Leavitt I grew up with dogs and dogsport, being heavily influenced by my grandfather to love working dogs at an early age. I started going to police k9 training as soon as I was old enough to crawl. From a very young age I was allowed to practice train the older retired dogs in the group and learned a lot from training them. Finally for my 7th birthday I got my first dog Quinnie de Zennevallei who, with lots of help, I was able to train to schutzhund 3. She continues to this day to be the dog I compare all others too. After taking a few years off from dogsport I started back again in 2005. I am currently working Athos Bane my 2 year old german shepherd who I will title this year, and Dax de Loucyn my young malinois puppy. I am also a USA classified helper as well as one of the training helpers for SWDA. My favorite quote is by Dr Helmut Raiser “its so easy to motivate people for dogsport just give them a dog that says lets work”
