Visitor Information
Visitors are always welcome to come train or watch SWDA training sessions, we believe that it is important to educate new "Schutzhund Enthusiasts" and the public on the important role that "Schutzhund" has on breed selection and that our Schutzhund Dogs are better companions due to our training.
Visitors training fees are $ 10.00 per session per dog.
Visitors are expected to follow the SWDA Club Rules and Guidelines listed on this website on the "Training Information" page, please review them and our by-laws before coming out to training.
If you are interested in attending a training session please contact one of our members listed in the "Contact SWDA" to let us know that you are coming out and to verify our training schedule.
Membership Information
Interested in joining SWDA?
Based on the current number of active members at any time we will open or close our membership. This is so that we have enough time per training session to meet each members needs and help them achieve their goals.
If you are interested in joining SWDA, we encourage you to visit our club and participate in our training as a Visitor. At the end of your visits if you are still serious about joining and you have reviewed our By-Laws and member requirments, you will be given a membership application and information package to complete and return. Based on the current active membership you will either be placed on a waiting list or your membership application will be voted on by the club, membership requires a majority vote of approval by the current club members.
